Very easy and Very good
12 slices of velveta cheese ( i usally use 16 but i am A cheese freak)
16 oz of frozen brocolli
2 cans of cream of celary soup
1 quart of half and half
1 small can of chicken broth
I usally add a bag of shreaded cheddar too it helps make it a little thicker. but that is optional. because like i said before i am a cheese freak!
I just throw everything in a crock pot and stir every once in a while and serve when it is nice and hot! you can also make stove top!

Thanks for this recipe--we really liked it! Hubby gives it an "A+", and says it tastes very similar to what you get in restaurants, and asked that the leftover be sent in his lunch today lol So this is definitely a keeper :D

This sounds sooooooooooo delicious. I just might have my wonderful wife make this for all of us. This forum is so darn wonderful. I am so thankful for my son, he found this for me. Greatest thing to happen in one day for sure. This is like finding a golden nugget.

It IS delicious--I made it for the second time tonight, and got as many compliments this time as the first. It definitely has become a family keeper! I didn't even get any complaints that it's "Too hot to have soup this time of year" like I do with other kinds :bigthumb:
And yeah--this is THEEEEEEE best Steeler forum goin--won't find one any better --I know, I've tried lol
