ummm how can u agree with him, its his word against several other people, he offerered up no evidence.

The whole thing sounds like a "he said"....."they said" type of deal.
If the NFL fired this guy off of racial allegations alone then they might be liable.
The easiest thing to do is go back and review the officiating tapes(if they still exist)that this guy graded and see if he was handing out undue bad marks to minority officials.
