Now that I've look back and studied more on the draft I think they did great and we will get a lot out of this draft. IMO though the only thing is the Jones pick in the 4th rd. Would much rather taken Patton, Lattimore, or Greene with that pick. And brought in Bray with the 7th pick or UDFA. But I got a feelin that Hawthorne pick is gonna be something special. He is my sleeper pick of the late rounds and by his 3rd year he will be a pro bowl player, you watch and see.

Jones is a good pick, i hope he has that win a starter spot attitude..

Tama alamadadada and Gibson were a waste of a fourth twice in a row...

Hawthorne IS intriguing.

If Jones comes in and wins some games for us in the next couple of years, that more then justifies his selection. That's the way you have to look at the Jones drafting.

Betting on a steelers corner to make a pro bowl isn't very bright

The one thing you have to remember with this draft class was the Steelers were not looking for any draftee with character issues. That's why guys like Bray, and Rodgers had little chance of being drafted by them. We can debate who they should have drafted and its certainly fun to do that. But as joked about above, a lot of folks screamed for Ta'amu to be drafted last year and he was. Just be careful what you wish for on draft day sometimes.

And I was one of those guys. But he's not out yet, so lets see what becomes of him.

Absolutely. I was too. He's got the size that's for sure. Just hope Coach Mitchell can pull a McLendon on him.
