Adam Schefter reports that former Pittsburgh Steeler running back Tim Worley will meet with coaches at the Pittsburgh facility Monday. Coach Tomlin has been looking for a replacement at running back after losing Rashard Mendenhall in free agency to the Arizona Cardinals. Sources close to Worley said he has been keeping himself in football shape by playing Xbox Kinect and going to Karaoke. They also went on to say Tim is willing to play for a Giant Eagle gift card and Eat N Park smiley cookies. Schafer thinks this could be a good fit since Worley knows the system and won't break the bank.

We can't afford him because he'll want the league minimum.

This^ unless the Steelers release Troy and restructure Ike and Big Ben's contract to league minimum.

I thought I heard the same thing, but wasn't it Walter Abercrombie they were bringing in?

He may work out, but Tomlin said, that my brother said he knows a guy so we might not be ready to do the deal yet with Worley.

Worley at age 46 would be a beast in this offense.

I vote for Amos Zeroue, he could bench press a Buick back in the day. That should be good enough to get him a workout

I would recommend my fellow resident of Kentucky, Merril Hoge, but I doubt he could find his helmet.

Frank Pollard has shown some interest in the Steelers during this period of Free Agency....Championship!
