The Steelers announced Tuesday morning that o-line coach Sean Kugler will be leaving at the end of the 2012 season . Personally injuries or not I would grade his overall performance with the o-line a B- Candidates for the job are rumored to be sean sarrett who is the offensive quality control assistant and former steelers center Jeff Hartings

Sounds like promoting from within is a strong possibility.

They should steal the Oline coach from San Diego. That guy used third stringers to kick the Steelers' asses.

Huh? Such comments make no sense to me. We have NO IDEA if Hartings would be a decent coach. Ted Williams was a terrible manager. The only way to know is to see him coach or see the results of his coaching. We have not seen either.

Good player doesn't always make a good coach, agreed! But your comparison is oranges to raisins, big difference there.

I hope they scrap the entire run blocking scheme in the offseason, and bring in someone to re-design it from scratch...
