Being reported from just about all local Steelers media personnel: Pretty much saw this one coming when Tomlin said that AB was likely not going to play. They signed Moye out of PSU to take Gilreath's spot on the PS. He might see some action on Monday night depending on how things work out; Haley does like to use some 4 WR sets, which would put Gilreath on the field. Certainly nobody other than a nickle or dime player would cover him so maybe he's able to get a reception or two.

I liked this kids potential in preseason. He had those 4 catches for 78 yds in preseason game 2 against the Colts when Haley fed him the ball to see what he could do with hit.

6' 5 210 moye is more needed than another 5' 10" gilreath

This maybe Gilreath's last stand?

Moye sure brings size that the other WR don't have.

Gilreath was kept around on the PS because he was the more productive option of all the million WR's they brought into camp; atleast according to the coaches. If he does get any passes thrown his way he'll need to step up. Any experience he gets will increase his chances of making the team next year.
