Guys like Dwyer,Mendy,Brown,Rainey and even Troy if every single one of these guys are not absolutely positively 100 percent going into that game with the pathetic Chiefs next Monday night I dont even remotely think twice about playing any of those guys at all. The bottom line is you gotta look ahead to this Ravens game in a few weeks and get your key guys back and ready to go for that game and the other Baltimore game to follow a few weeks after. I know no game is a gimmie win just see the Raiders and Titans losses this season to prove that but this game with the Chiefs is at home and there is absolutely positively no way that I can see the Steelers under any circumstances losing this game. You gotta treat it like a bye week and pretty much sit out and dont play any of those guys I mentioned above and get every single one of them healthy and ready to go for that Baltimore game here at home in 2 weeks....

There's zero chance the Steelers lose next week. Having said that, they better not overlook them. They've played well the last few weeks (great tonight) but those 2 losses to scrub teams have to be in their minds.

This is the quintessential trap game. The Chiefs are a complete disaster and Cassel is a joke of a QB. They better be careful in this one coming up and not have a let down.

C'MON guys! There is no gimme win in the NFL. Any given Sunday people. Steelers got to play EVERY week and not let up. They haven't captured the Division title and clinched a playoff berth.

You can't ever guarantee a win for the Steelers after seeing them lose to pathetic Oakland and Tennessee.

If the Steelers lose to the Chiefs in Pittsburgh then I will walk to the Burgh naked.....

I said the exact same thing when we played Oakland, and Tennessee. Felt pretty confident Week 1 against Denver as well.

If they overlook this game, it could spell trouble.

Honestly, I think the Steelers are in a zone right now and barring a Ben injury, I see no realistic way they lose this game. They have demonstrated the patience and the willingness to take what the defense give them on offense and defensively, the Steelers corners need to continue being physical and stuff the run. Any game in the NFL is a losable game, but the Steelers would have to implode and have a turnover fest and special teams breakdowns.

Not bad for a bunch of old guys.

The games that I had the most confidence in the Steelers winning this year, they lost. All to "scrub" teams. Im worried about this one, even though I shouldnt be.

Every loss this year was on the road.....The game is in Pittsburgh and I see the Steelers win in a big time blow out.....I'm talking 38-10.........

Yea, I hope thats right BG32. They have been great at home this year. I look for Wallace to have a big day. 2tds and over 130 yards. I think Haley has something in store for Pioli(or however you spell it). If we do get up quick this game, Id like to see Batch get some more carries to see what he is all about. Rotate Worilds/Carter in also. I hoe we rest Brown, need him to be fresh for the Ravens game.

KC, statistically speaking, is not that bad of a football team. Their biggest problem is they can't score, averaging just over 16 PPG on offense. They are #3 or 4 running the ball with a 149 YPG average. Defensively, they are in the middle of the pack. That being said, if the Steelers don't take this game seriously, they could be upset at home. While I maintain it won't happen, it certainly could. No let downs, kill em quickly.

Steelers 27
Chiefs 10

its that kind of thinking that cause the Steelers to lose games to Oakland and Tenn. If we don't know anything else we should know any given Sunday any team can beat any other team.

The past three weeks mean anothing if the Steelers don't win THIS WEEK game.

I have full confidence simply because KC is coming to the Burgh. If it were the other way around, I would be pretty worried about this being a trap game.

We should win this game easily, only because it's at home. If we were on the road I wouldn't trust anything, not after our last 2 losses. I'd love for this to be a blow out early, I don't want to have anxiety attacks late in the 4th worrying if the Chiefs are going to kick a game winning FG.

Unless it can be 100% guaranteed that subs could pull this off then yes. However, several years of recent history here on beating the lowlifes. The results ain't good folks.

I like our chances at home no matter who is playing, but right now the Chiefs are in desperate mode. We've played two teams in desperate circumstances twice this year and we lost. They better not sleep on KC no matter how bad they are.

Even if this was a big game, I don't know that I'd push AB to play at all anyway if I'm Tomlin. Cotch is good to go. As far as Rainey, I don't see him taking many carries out of the backfield but hopefully he's good to return kicks.

This. Worries. Me.

On paper, it's a slaughter. But we all know how this team plays desperate, suck a** teams.

Steelers at home, in prime time, against the worst team in the NFL, and a fired up Todd Haley who won't miss out on an opportunity to run up the score on the team that made him a scapegoat... There is absolutely no chance that the Steelers lose this game. No chance.

The KC defense is ranked 17th

The Ravens defense is ranked 26th

We of course are ranked #1

So we need to play KC like we would play the Ravens.. No time for resting....

This game scares me less than the Titans or the Raiders because of the QB's. Hasselback and Palmer are veterans and more familiar with us and our defense than Cassell. The Chiefs strength is the defense, which Haley will know very well and can plan an offensive game plan accordingly.

With Haley knowing the defense and most of the schemes they run, I think he will be super aggressive on Monday, I think Wallace and Sanders are going to have huge games. Cassell should be a none threat at all. I think we are going to load the box all game long and make him beat us, which isnt going to be possible unless our corners fall on there faces every play. I think Haley will run the score up, if we get up that many points.
