We all live for Steelers Football, every weekend is an adventure with this team. The bye is nice though, gives you a chance to chill and maybe keep your blood pressure under control for once on a Sunday. LOL

Whatcha ya'll doin instead of watching the Steelers?

I got to go to Penn's colony today with my friend and his fiancee. It was the first chance I got to meet her. Nice to have some "time off"

Of the 3 football teams I follow (steelers, Pitt, and Michigan) all of them are off this weekend...weird. My wife and I visited my mother in law today. Tomorrow I have a street hockey league game (we are 2-0). And I was going to play some golf but the rain has set in!

Ill be keeping up on the Orioles. Yes im a baltimore Orioles fan and its been a long *** time since we last made playoffs (1997). I was 9 years old. Hopefully they can beat tampa and the yanks can lose a couple so we can win the division:)

I'm still pissed about scoring 30+ and losing to the Raiders.....ugh. That and the 2 teams that have beat us so far, we are there only win!

I'm a little happier after today though, my Nittany Lions beat up Illinois so at least my college team could score 30+ and win!

Im pretty much over the Oakland loss as well now and will just enjoy watching some other teams on this Sunday while doing some work outside and getting my fall stuff out for me and my fiance. Im glad the bye week after today will come and go and we are the 1st team to get it out of the way. Now we can look forward to watching a Steelers game every week going forward whether it's on a Sunday,Monday or Thursday. The good news is the Ravens and Bengals have their bye week on the same week so if the Steelers can win these next few games against the Eagles and Titans and get to 3-2 before the Bengals game on October 21st the same day the Ravens play a tough tough game in Houston before their bye week they will be in good shape going forward. So while the Oakland loss was frustrating to watch I am over it now and I am ready to move on and get ready for this Eagles game a week from today...

Yard work and trying to recuperate from last night. I was at an outside party until two in the morning. Pool tables and couches were part of a huge bonfire. It also featured roast pig, the head of which was planted on a fencepost with a hat, sunglasses, and a cigarette. Oh yeah, I butchered some things myself on stage with the band, specifically Heart of Gold and Lynard Skinnard. I apologize to everybody that heard that.

Didn't do too much, just relaxed. And now it's almost Monday again... Ugh.
