Voted for the Ravens. Kidding of course. :-)

It's the yearly question we go through as fans of the AFC North. Both teams are always good vs the run.

The Steelers have gotten younger on the defensive line and the additional speed inside should help.

Steelers, hands down. Better scheme, players, and depth.

If you believe the "Top 100 Players" then the Ravens D should be the best all time. Gag.

Isn't that how it always is, the love affair that people have (outside of the AFC North rivals) with Ray Lewis is sickening at best. I can't wait till that stupid dance of his is history.

If I'm going to pick a consistent defense, year in and year out, it's the Steelers every time.

1 or 2 more years tops. His play will drop this year without Suggs on the field.

The thought of DeCastro pancaking Lewis gives me goosebumps... :-)

Think they'll miss the other guy Johnson too. And I don't think Suggs will be back as soon as be thinks.

The crazy thing is they haven't groomed anyone to take over Lewis's position they had there shot last year now many key players were lost in free agency and Upshaw will be lost in the speed of things this year

I agree. I would point out that Suggs may get on the field as soon as he expects but he will not be the same player for a year after the injury. The result is the same. They will have lost the real Suggs, even if there is a guy by the same name in the uniform.

We'll see if Ray Ray has been coattailing it the past few years or if he really elevates players around him.

We'll see if Ray Ray has been coattailing it the past few years or if he really elevates players around him. Great point GTA.....Ray Ray is a shell of his former self and he will be exposed without Suggs!

Ray Ray may have to resort to carrying that knife onto the field this year to be effective without Suggs........seriously though the last few years thise guys up front have clogged up blockers allowing Lewis to roam the middle untouched....hell even an average linebacker can thrive in that environment.
I think we are going to see a drop off in that D without Suggs on the field.

Lewis is going to try to elevate his play but whether or not he can is a different story. It doesn't matter if he ended up at the end of the year with zero tackles, he would still be a god to those fans. Lewis plays in the middle, the easiest way to beat him is to run right at him.
