Every morning, grab a cup of coffee and get your AFC North wake-up call here:

Steelers safety Ryan Clark delivered a shot at the Dolphins organization Sunday night after quarterback Matt Flynn became the latest free agent to sign elsewhere.

Responding to a previous tweet that claimed no one wants to sign with the team, Clark posted on Twitter (https://twitter.com/#%21/RealRClark25/status/181509915062435840): "No one! To believe I almost went there but it was easy decision not to."

Two years ago, Clark considered playing for the Dolphins and even visited Miami before re-signing with the Steelers. When someone accused Clark of a "low blow" last night, Clark responded again via Twitter (https://twitter.com/#%21/RealRClark25/status/181534095732514816): "It's my honest opinion. Not a good guy making decisions."

It would seem that Clark is referring to Dolphins general manager Jeff Ireland.

The subject got started Sunday night when Clark, who went to LSU, congratulated Matt Flynn on his new deal. Flynn signed with the Seattle Seahawks after talking with the Dolphins.

I think that's overblown. The overwhelming majority of free agents will sign where the $$ are biggest. Not all cases are like this of course, but the vast majority are.

From our friend Chuck Finder at CBS...

S Ryan Clark , accessible to fans via Twitter, wrote that he wasn't showing “hate” in Dolphins tweets critical of Miami management Sunday night. “Answered a question truthfully and people got upset,” he tweeted. “After having so much interaction with ‘Phins fans, I am even more excited that I was blessed to stay in Pittsburgh.”

After several back-and-forth tweets with fans, some of them Miami followers, S Ryan Clark tweeted: “Done with talk of the Dolphins. Good luck to their team. Their [sic] are some good men working hard to win games ON the field.”

Clark, we should focus on this years QB line up

RGIII, Romo, Vick, Maybe 2 Mannings, Palmer, Sanchez, Rivers, Tebow, Flacco, Dalton, McCoy

We will have a lot of arial assults coming at us. Dont worry about Miami..

i think youd be better off taking 7-8 of those 12 off the list of potential aerial assaults lol

Did you watch the Playoff game?

yeah, did you watch the entire regular season?

to say RG3, Vick, Palmer, Sanchez (mark sanchez? lol) tebow, dalton, colt freaking mccoy are gonna light up the sky is a bit of an extreme overstatement.

maybe 1 manning, maybe rivers, and hell maybe even flacco but theres a lot of mediocre passing attacks on that list and the pass defense has gotten better than last year where is was pretty solid, and the pass rush will certainly be better with woodley and harrison healthy

This is a good schedule for us in reality with all our defensive changes. It could be a lot tougher.

With some good OL updates, i have this feeling Ben will look really good this season, he was in a groove before all his injuries last year.

We need to have the FS, SS and the Corners all man up this year. Gay is not the answer. Ike is Ike.

It would be good to have Woods show up, we need a surprise player to show up on the DL.

I haven't seen players standing in line to play here! Very quiet non signing start, keeping old turds from with in doesn't excite me!
