The QB situation at #2 and #3 has a lot to be desired for and cannot be overlooked. With Ben's durability and a very tough and upcoming 2012 schedule we need to solidify this area. Charlie Batch has been a solid back up to Big Ben, but mobility, age, and only fills the void for a coupe of weeks or two. At what point do the Steelers going to decide and draft a QB that would be a legit, strong, and ultimate replacement if Ben was out long term? Byron Leftwich has been able to perform when called on, but has been injury prone the last few years. Prioritze the Steelers needs and s with the #Wallace inevitable sweepstakes, #OL needs, RB's #DB's there has got to be some method to this madness of the Free Agency. Only time will tell of what this Publisher's Clearing House Sweepstakes of #Steeler Players will mean once players meet up in the friendly confines of Latrobe, PA>))

I don't think they even worry about QB this year yet unless they possibly go 6th or 7th round, in which case that would spell the end for Leftwich.

According to Colbert though he expects that both should be back so I would imagine they'll stay status quo for another year. Neither will get any interest in the free agent market so keeping them shouldn't be a problem.
