I'll admit, I usually try to be objective in life but, tonight Im going to be completely subjective. I want the Pats to win because 1) I think Tom Brady is the Joe Montana of my generation. I like to see greatness. 2) I don't want Eli to have the same # of rings as Ben or more. When pundits look back at the 04 draft class I want them to look at Ben being the best QB/most SB wins 3) Im a current Penn State student and for obvious reasons Im rooting for our new head coach Bill O' Brien. All of those are my opinions and I believe everyone is entitled to their own. I went against the grain, I say go Pats

well there's the difference i think tom brady is the florence nightingale of my generation. a whiny little crybaby who could NEVER last in an era where they didnt give qb's boxes of tampons before every game. i have no respect for the pats organization and it's fairweather fanbase. i at least can respect the giants, the mara family and their fanbase. the giants were NEVER in danger of being moved because of garbage fan support like the pats were when they had a 2/3 empty stadium in the late 80's/early 90's.............

One thing is completely clear to me, between these 2 QB's playing tonight, Eli would the one that could play back in the day when the game was exponentially more violet than it is today. Brady would wither away in a shell getting hit that much.

Brady wouldn't wither away, he would quit the first time he got laid out by the likes of Deacon Jones.

Wasn't that much activity in the first half. I have to say that I'm surprised that they called Brady for the grounding on their first place. That's the type of play they turn a blind eye to for him.

Giants need to do better in the pass rush. JPP batted a few down, and if that keeps up, he's gonna snag one.

As for the halftime show, well, it SUCKS. And not just a little. Madonna looks like she's trying to be 22 years old again, but she's moving like she's 90 (well, she's barely moving.) FFS stop with the ancients and get someone in there who can sing, and is acutally alive still.

Speeed
02-05-2012, 08:12 PM
Yeah, I agree, she is trying to do too much. But I will tell you what, she is in better shape than most 50 year old and even at my age she looks pretty good. Compare her to any other random 50 year old and see what you get.

Despite all of that, she is annoying.

And I forgot to say that Brady/Belicheat can't be mentioned as in the same neighborhood as the greatest ever since they lost almost as many as they have won now. That's no better than Elway.:bunny::bunny::bunny:

All in all, I have to say that watching the Pats lose the Super Bowl and the Ravens lose the AFC championship game the way they did and the Giants winning it all, kind of makes this season OK.

I'll see all y'all around. I'll still be checking in, advocating for the running game and defesive type of game, instead of the pass happy version it's become.

Eli the MVP. They just announced.

30/40, 296 yards, a TD and no INTs (103.8 rating.)

Brady, for the record, was 27/41 for 276, 2 TDs and 1 INT (91.1 rating.)

Peyton, by the way, still didn't play.

They would've given the MVP to Manning no matter what, even last time when Tyree was clearly the MVP. Gronkowski injury killed the Patriots. Anyone who watched that game objectively saw that everything else was a wash.

Thank you Tom Bradybitch and coach Bilicheat! I had the best nights sleep in years after watching you suck one on national TV. Now I don't have to spend the next 12 months hearing the talking heads on TV and radio worshiping at the Bradybitch alter.

Look for Goodell to make some more Pro-Bradybitch rules this offseason so his loverboy will have a better chance next year.

Giselle also saw fit to open her mouth up after the game and criticize some of the Patriots receivers for dropping balls saying something like my husband cant throw the ball and catch it at the sametime. How about you shut your mouth Mrs Brady and quit sticking your nose places where it doesnt belong and making comments about the Patriots and Brady's teammates that you have no business saying in the public eye. What do guys like Welker,Hernandez, and Branch whom Giselle was referring too think of Tom Brady now after hearing his bitch wife open her mouth and talk about them dropping balls. Instead of coming out and asking people to say a prayer for Brady like you did earlier in the week and saying back in 2007 you were going to run around naked in New York if the Pats lost the perfect season maybe you should just Shut the **** up...

Gisele Bundchen ripped into the New England Patriots' receivers for the failed plays she believes cost her quarterback husband Tom Brady a fourth Super Bowl ring.

MOUTHING OFF
Hear what Tom Brady's wife said about his teammates after the Patriots' loss in Super Bowl XLVI.
The Brazilian supermodel was caught on camera lambasting No. 12's teammates after Sunday's game in Indianapolis as she angrily defended taunts against her husband by Giants fans.

Fans can be heard yelling "Eli rules!" and "Eli owns your husband" as she made her way through Lucas Oil Stadium following the Patriots' 21-17 defeat, the second time Giants quarterback Eli Manning has bettered three-time winner Brady on the Super Bowl stage.

The comments riled Gisele, judging by video obtained by online gossip site The Insider, with the model making it quite clear to those around her who she thought was to blame for Brady's failure to land the win.

LET'S PLAY
There are enough of the NFL superstars' hottie wives and girlfriends to assemble an entire team.
"You [need] to catch the ball when you're supposed to catch the ball," she is heard saying. "My husband cannot [expletive] throw the ball and catch the ball at the same time. I can't believe they dropped the ball so many times."

Although Gisele mentioned no names, she almost certainly was referring to wide receiver Wes Welker -- who was judged widely to have made the costliest fourth-quarter drop -- along with a spilled catch by tight end Aaron Hernandez.

Bundchen's unwavering support for her husband came as no surprise after it emerged that she sent a gushing email to family and friends asking them to pray for "Tommy" in the buildup to Super Bowl Sunday.

The prayers went unanswered, with her husband's own late Hail Mary failing to deliver victory for the Patriots.

SUPER STARS
These celebrities at the Super Bowl prove the players on the field aren't the only stars.
A distraught Welker later said he "let the team down" with his fumbled play near the Giants' 20-yard-line, which came with 4:06 left on the clock and the Patriots up 17-15.

"I've made it a thousand times in practice and everything else," he said. "It comes to the biggest moment of my life, and [I] don't come up with it. It's discouraging."

But Brady refused to publicly blame the receiver, who he described as a "phenomenal player and teammate," and offered to take a share of the blame for the throw while addressing the postgame media.

"[Welker] went up to try and make it, as he always does, and we just couldn't connect," he said.

That pass to Welker sucked. He was wide open. A guy that wide open shouldn't have to turn all the way around. The pass to gronk was underthrown and that airball to start the game was a disaster. They dropped some passes, but please. :nono:

brady wasn't that accurate for the entire game. he was behind receivers, throwing too high, that pass that was picked was a horrible decision for somebody who supposedly "NEVER" makes mistakes, etc. funny how he hasn't won **** without the golden leg of adam vinatieri. if he had scott norwood as his kicker how many rings would he have? hmmmmmm???
