Next year's cap ceiling will rise significantly from this year.
When Hartings retires and Porter is released/extended, that's $10 million right there. I really can't see Cedric Wilson and a few others on the team next year either. Extensions for Faneca, Marvel Smith etc.

We are masters the salary cap, there's nobody else in the league that can work the cap like our guys can. If we had 5.00 to our name we could sign an entire draft class ;)

Thanks diesel, that's good stuff ! With 14 million as it stands right now, not counting Hartings who might retire and any restructures we should be in decent shape this offseason.

Even if nobody leaves thats under contract the Rooney's can do world's of things with their cap strategy.

I don't know how accurate that is Top. With the bonuses, incentives and whatever else is calculated I'm sure that number is going to be smaller. I found some other stuff thats different from that link. I'll post those and we can compare....get a rough idea anyways.

Why does that surprise you about Washington? They are in major salary cap hell and will be there for quite awhile. Dan Synder doesn't know what the hell he is doing anymore.
