Ok i have a question. I never smoked pork ribs or baby backs. I'm more of a beef back ribs type guy. I've been doin tons of research on smoking and spraying ribs during the smoking process. Has anyone here use anything real good to spray on ribs or know anyone who knows alot about this? I've read you can use just plain apple juice but i think there is something better. I also read you can use jack daniels. Any further info would be greatly appreciated. :yellowthumb:

I don't know anything about smoking but I bought some Jack Daniels pulled pork at the store the other day and it was awesome!! Sounds like that would be a good spray!

My wife LOVES ribs, although we've never made them at home that I can recall. Perhaps it's something she might try if she can get over her love affair with ribs at Smokey Bones..lol

I never smoked them, but have made them many times.
Slow cooking is the key! :p

About 2 or 3 hours before they're ready. Rap with aluminum foil. Make them fall off the bone.
