I can covert the youtube (flv) to gif, but I don't think the quality will be all that great. Does it have to be a gif? How bout a fla (flash)?

I'll make that my project for the evening though, just for you. (after I put the kid to bed) :D

i was looking to use it as a avatar on another forum...how the hell do you convert those to gifs?

i want somethin i can photobucket, the size of the other one is good, but do you know why i cant photobucket that, it works but its not moving, its just the first frame

hmm, I dunno if you can photobucket it. I have like two versions.. both are over 1.5MB. And thats about as small as I can get em and have them look decent.

Gimme another 10 min, ill see what I can do.

both are 100 x 100, instead of 120 x 120. The 120s were over 1.5MB each and none of the free hosts would host them.

What are you using to convert BR-7? I have tried a few programs but didn't really care for them. Most of the stuff I'm converting is from .avi to dvd format.

What are you using to convert BR-7? I have tried a few programs but didn't really care for them. Most of the stuff I'm converting is from .avi to dvd format.

Eh, its a tool that taks the youtube junk .flv I think and lets you convert it to whatever you want. Flash, mpeg, avi, crap for itunes, etc etc. Called Total Video Convertor. I believe it would do what you want it too. It imports just about anything. But anything large will take a loooooooong time to convert.

Then had to resize and optimize in Image Ready. :banging: More than once.. lol

Try this.. but right click and choose "save target as"

if you click it, it will just play in a full browser view. Very distorted :tt02:

Eh, as for photobucket, dunno. But imageshack has em. Just use the 'codded' part in that post.
