With all the talk about us getting old, we do have some great young talent. Who will be the next Steelers player to make the pro bowl? ( that hasn`t made it before )
This year?
I can think of a few but I guess the most obvious would be Mike Wallace, he is due.
Also Lawerence Timmons? Another in a long list of Steelers AP LB`s
Ike Taylor? I dont think he get the credit he deserves.

Future?
Ziggy Hood? I would love to see Hood, I really feel he is on his way!
Mendy? Depends on which one shows up! And its tough for a rb.
Johnathen Scott? this was a joke! LOL

No way Mendy gets in the probowl. Too many other good running backs. Mike Wallace is the only one I can really think of, but I can't even remember who from the Steelers made the probowl last year besides Pouncey. I don't pay much attention to that stuff.

Wallace, Ike, LT perhaps.

Ike Taylor is so long overdue it's not even funny. He deserves a spot no question. The thing holding him back is the lack of interceptions and quite frankly the poor play overall of the Steelers secondary of the years. Troy is the exception because, well, he's Troy.

I'd love to see Timmons get a shot at it but it won't happen this year.

Hood is a couple years away but he's certainly got the raw talent.

Wallace is easily a top 5 WR in the game right now, no question. He's a gimme for a pro bowl this season.

Sooner or later Heath Miller has got to make a pro bowl as the first team. I know he's got annual stiff competition from guys like Dallas Clarke, Antonio Gates, and Rob Gronkowski has been money but clearly he deserves it at some point.

based on what? his 19 catches for 200 yards and a TD?

gates, gronk, hernandez, daniels, greshem.

hell even jared cook and kevin boss are gonna have better numbers than heath....i like heath and all but hes not a pro bowler

That's his problem every year, his numbers don't live up to what he's capable of. Going by talent and ability he's as good as any TE in the league, absolutely no question. I'm just hoping sooner or later he gets that honor because it's deserved for as much as he means to this team.

I know the pro bowl is a joke anymore, a pure popularity contest, and Heath may not ever get it but IMO he should.

he would if he played in a jason garrett offense, who just feeds witten the ball....but as long as arians is around heath will never put up numbers like he could

You think Woodley has more of a chance than Harrison and Troy?

if harrison stays a few more games and woodley plays like he has been...absoultely.

troy is hard to tell he could miss 8 games and make it cause hes a nationwide fan favorite, even fans of other teams love him he gets a lot of default votes
