All I hear is the decline of the Steelers. Yes I agree we haven't played up to expectations, but we are 2-1. Nobody is picking us to win this week. Come on! WTF!!!

I still think we have a good football team and can get it together.

O I'm with you. We can but Ive just seen nothing that tells me we will. Idk how were gonna consistently win getting destroyed in the trenches on BOTH sides of the ball.

Everyone at ESPN with the exception of tom jackson picked houston. That's what is making me lean towards a Steeler win. We always play better in the underdog role when nobody respects us. Plus coming off the heels of last week you know Tomlin wasn't easy on them during practice this week

The Steelers thrive off the "us vs. the world" mentality. I remember how fired up they got back in the Wild Card Run to the Super Bowl in Detroit. NO ONE outside of Pittsburgh thought they could win all their games just to have a chance to make the playoffs. NO ONE thought they could win three road games to make the Super Bowl.

I never panic or stop believing in this team until they are officially eliminated from the playoffs.

i can sit though a crappy season if it means we can seriously upgrade our team in one year. it can be done. i'd rather see us go 4-12 and get the players we need than go 9-7, miss the playoffs and wind up losing out on certain players.

one crappy season netted us big ben...i think it could happen again...one crappy season netting us the next anthony munoz maybe...i can dream can't i?

I'm writing us off. We are getting totally destroyed at the line on both sides of the ball. There is absolutely no way you can win like that. The Texans rushed for 180+ yards today. That used to never happen; now it's routine.

Maybe it's time to look to a weaker team and trade a #2 next year for a better lineman.

Why wouldn't you write off the Steelers right now. They are 2-2 but in reality should have be 1-3. The only decent game was Seattle.

Now I'm not saying we tank the season now, not by any means. From an outsider's point of view from the "experts" and rival team fans, the Steelers haven't done anything to warrant confidence.

Our o line needs help Big time Ben was sacked 5 times and rushed a ton. He is playing scared and you can't blame him with the band aid line he has blocking for him..

I agree that this team has some time to try and turn around this season but can you really blame the critics? This team has been average at best, and that's not Steeler football the way we all know it.

No way. I say 10-6 MAYBE 11-5 at best. No way we beat new england and baltimore is clearly a better team at this point. I expect to lose both those games. Sorry, until I see this team play significantly better on both sides of the ball im not expecting much this year........

That NE game is going to be a SLAUGHTER. I'll be so pissed that I'll end up laughing my *** off at some point because of how pathetic it is.

Right now, 8-8 is my best case. And only because the 2nd half schedule is so horrible. Originally, I thought Cleveland and Cincy were 4 easy wins, but now, 2-2 is a good possibility.

Cinci will beat us once. Browns not so much. I do see us losing some very winable games on paper...

If we can win the next 3 games against the Titans,Jags, and Cards like I have been saying and be 5-2 going into those games with the Pats and Ravens here with some more confidence then yes the Steelers have a very decent chance looking at the last 7 or 8 games on the schedule to win 12 games...

Just remember a lot of things can happen in a 3-5 week span, such as injuries etc etc. Just beacause the Ravens, Pats are rolling teams up now doesn't mean they'll be the same team when we see them.

All we can do is worry about the Steelers and let the rest pan itself out later..
