Disco fries AKA Elvis Fries

Disco fries THERE ARE LOTS OF VARIATIONS of disco fries for example i like white sausage gravy instead of beef gravy anyway
6 large potatoes
Oil for frying or a deep fryer
2 1/2 cups of your favorite Cheese Cheddar recommended
Brown Beef Gravy or White Sausage Gravy maybe 2 cups
Salt and Pepper
The cheese is optional i like mine without but they are good both ways
these fries are a variation of a canadian dish called poutine

I presume you put the cheese on top of them, which sounds yummy...but then you dip them in the gravy? Now sure whether I'd like dipping them in gravy.

No cheese though if I put the gravy on, that would be like grease overload for me..LOL
