I CANT BELEIVE THERE ARE ONLY 4 STEELERS ON THE TOP 100 LIST MADE BY THE PLAYERS BEN ROETHLISBERGER, TROY POLAMALU, JAMES HARRISON,AND LAMARR WOODLEY.

WOODLEY IS 81 WHICH IS TOO LOW HE SHOULD BE IN THE 50'S

I personally don't care, make the chip even bigger!

HINES WARD WALLACE TIMMONS

ward is a fringe starter at this point, no way he would make a top 100 best player list, hes more in the 200 player range.

wallace is a fringe top 10 WR, depending on how many other WRs made the list i would probably agree with him not making it, probably not by much though.

timmons had one good year...hes getting recognized now but theres no argument from me

Eh, another meaningless list perpetrated by the NFL to keep everyone from ignoring the NFL Network.

That said, Roethlisberger, Polamalu, Harrison and Woodley are probably the only four I would put on there, anyway. There might be others very important to the Steelers, but not in the top 100 of 1700 players in the league.

Do you know what team had the most and how many?

If you are talking top 100 of all time then Ward most definitely needs to be on that list. 4 Time pro bowler, super bowl MVP, and holds all the significant Steelers receiving records. If you are talking top 100 from last year then no I couldn't necessarily see him on that list but I wouldn't argue against it.

Top 100 of all time in the NFL I could definitely put Polamalu on that list too. Top 100 last year, eh possibly. He had a great first 2/3 of the season but after that he was hurt and wasn't the same.

Players are finicky in that it's not always an unbiased choice on their end; rivalries, personal hatred for another team, etc. can all play a role in their decisions unfortunately.

its top 100 of 2011-12....ward shouldnt even come close to that list at this point in his career as a mini TE glorified slot receiver

You're right. ARE should have made the list, though.

dont get me wrong he hasnt fallen off completely but only so many WRs can make the list and ward is probably in the 20s as far as rankings go, and i really believe hes the second best WR on the steelers now at this point

While Ward is super important to the Steelers, he is not in the top 100 players in the league anymore. He didn't even come close to breaking 1,000 yards last year.

I agree no way Hines is close to top 100. He's in the top 5 of DWTS though!

Flacco made it around 90. JoeSaysHi should be pumped! :)

No one really got snubbed and its not like this list matters its the Top 100 players on the NFL Network who cares its like the Top 100 Songs on VH1
