I knew back in Sept. he was going to retire. Really Coach Cowher is the only coach I know. I was young kid in Chuck Noll's last few years. But its time for a new era to begin for the Pittsburgh Steelers. All great things must come to an end at sometime. Hey Bill Cowher brought home the fifth Lombardi. His mission is complete. Which I'm thankful for.

But at the sametime in the back of my mind will be Bill Cowher's 2-4 record in AFC title games which 5 of those games was played in Pittsburgh. I still think Bill Cowher is a Hall of Fame coach but his record in AFC title speaks for itself. I know I know Cowher isn't to blame for the players mistakes in those games. But its safe to say Cowher was also out coached in some of those games.

I hope Bill Cowher enjoys his year of retirement. Noway he sits out more then a year. He is to young to stay retired.
