Heard it on the radio, the team voted Willie Parker as team MVP this year.

No doubt about it. The man became the star this season and made a name for himself to become the bright spot on a terrible season. He is a bona fide running back with a turbo fifth gear. I love watching him and will love him more in the seasons to come. Time to get me a Parker Jersey.

Not a shocker at all. He deserves it. Willie Parker was one of the few positives this year.

Way to go Fast Willie !! He was the obvious choice other than maybe Ward. Parker did have a very good year and set the single game rushing record. Even if he did struggle on the road he definately made up for it at home.

Yeah he was very valuable...when we won he had a tonof yard and when we lost he barely had any.

Plus just think if the Oline would have played their A game all year and if defenses respect the Steelers passing game. Who knows how many yards Willie could have had this year?

I'm surprised he did as well as he did considering The Malfuctions

He was the only playerr that did anything on the offense this year

I am waiting for the year he gets 2,000 yards and if we get a dominant OL, that is very well possible.

Not going to happen HOS, because the Steelers will bring on a Powerback first:2cents:

if we can get any production on the road like the Panthers game a 2000 yard season wouldnt be too hard to come by.

It’s been a full year for Willie Parker. He won a ring, put his name in the Super Bowl record book, broke a 36-year-old team rushing record, made the Pro Bowl......It couldn't have happened to a better person....Way to go Willie!!!!!

:iagree: If he produces even half as good on the road as he does in the friendly confines of Heinz, he could easily get 2000 yds, and in process we are winning alot more games too which is good all around.

HA, Capt, I got a backer for my point, My main man, Top Gun. You can't sit there and tell me Willie couldn't produce 2,000 yards behind a dominant offensive line. We are getting positive there and I guarantee you now, it is all possible and not out of reach. Only a matter of a time
