Sunday could be Bill Cowher's last home game. Not sure how to feel about this. There are also some players that could be gone after this season ends.

Those of us that are going to this game should feel extremely privileged that if this is his last home game, we can say we were there ! I can't wait for this. Im still up in the air about whether I'd like him back, but the sentimental factor is creeping in more and more as the year wears on so I'll have to continue to mull it over here and there.

Yeah it'll be special to be there for all of those who dont return, including Cowher.

LOL that would mean I would have been at Bettis' last home game and Cowhers. Im still 50/50 on him leaving though

I was at the last game at TRS when we played the Redskins, that was something special I'll always remember. Yes this could be the last time some of our guys play at Heinz, but damn if any of them do leave I'll sure miss em.

I am kinda getting that feeling more and more too..that he might play out the balance of his contract and then call it quits.

Here is what you guys fail to realize. What if Cowher doesn't come back? where does that leave this team:scratch: Think about it!

I really trully feel deep down that cowher will be back next year. The team is really starting to peak and considering most of them will be back next year things are looking good for another Super bowl run!! :cope:

I hope Cowher stays but the Steelers will go on with or without him.
(David, I got your message last night but I couldn't reply, I dont know what was wrong)

I wonder if you accidentally left the reply box unchecked in the PM? Who knows.

I hope Cowher stays one more season. You have to admit the Steelers wouldn't feel right without the chin at the helm of things.

I truly feel he will be back as well...I don't think he can leave right now. He loves it too much to leave..I'd say when he has 20 years in he'll retired..I hope he stays...I love him!! :crossfingers:

Im really starting to think he comes back next year for 1 last year to play out his contract. I would miss him, but part of me thinks a change is in order, but part of me doesnt. I'll still bleed black n gold no matter what.

This peak at the end of the year shows the hangover of the Super Bowl is starting to wear off! I think Cowher was suffering from the hangover too and now he's starting to get that hunger again!!!! Cowher will be back... IMO
