It's unreal. . .The way the penalties are called against the Steelers lately reminds of me the Movie, Remember the Titans when the Refs were calling penalties on everything during that playoff game when the Hall of Fame panel was trying to get coach Boone fired.

If a holding call is obvious, fine, but Kemo was called for holding for that? One of his 3 holding calls was also for pushing WIlliams to the ground, but the refs saw it as a tackle I guess? Unfortunately, calling holding is like calling a strike in baseball; it's a judgement call. But to see what other teams get with when they block Harrison and Woody and what the Steelers get called for is night and day.

Maybe it's like the NBA a few years back and these shitbags are being paid to throw games, or at least try too???

Karma is a bitch!!!

You know, in my younger days I would say "karma is a bitch and so am I" and then laugh because I really did not believe in Karma. I believed then and do even more so now that if you do the right thing for the right reason everytime you don't have to worry about karma or luck any thing of the sort. Now...I must admit I have gotten older and believe what goes around comes around....and Ray Anderson and Roger Goodell will be karma's biatch eventually. I just really and truly hope I get to see just how all this BS comes back to them. Personally, I hope its in the form of a 7th SB championship this year. :tt02::tt02::tt02:

I watched the Bills game on replay this week and saw 3 separate plays where the guy blocking Harrison had his arm wrapped around the shoulders and obscured the view of Harrison's name on the back of the jersey. I know they can call holding on every play in the NFL but it seems like they just refuse to call it for us unless its totally obvious.

Kemo, in regards to his holding, said that the NFL may have looked closer at the Steelers O-line in the Bills game because the DT Kelly from Oakland said afterwards that our o-line holds all the time.

I'm not sold on the conspiracy theory stuff and I hate whining about the officiating but it is becoming laughable. I watch a lot of other games on my overpriced Sunday ticket (which I will not buy next year because Goodell is a colostomy bag) and the differences are noticeable. The guys blocking Freeney and Mathis, for example, are called a lot for holding.

Oh, now I get it.

Could someone do this with pass interference and helmet to helemet? I especially like the phantom PI call by the far-side offical when Ike never touched the receiver and the flag that was thrown when the Steeler defender hit a player in his calf.

No, they have burned nearly all evidence, just like the videos with Spygate.

This is nothing new. I just watched the Ravens game from 2008 (the 13-9 game). There were holds on every play, especially on Harrison. This was 2 years ago. Phil Simms even pointed it out.
