Actually, the dark horizon thing is my take on all the sports press bout the wicked steelers lately. lol

Anyhow, from today's Baltimore Sun: http://ne8.org/132

The Sun's top 10 power rankings for Week 12

The Jets were able to hold onto the top spot this week with some last-minute magic from Mark Sanchez and Santonio Holmes. The Ravens dropped one spot after a lethargic win in Carolina.

Ranking/team (previous ranking)/comment

1. Jets (1): Pulling victory out of the jaws of defeat three straight weeks.

2. Falcons (2): Facing an ultimate reunion with Michael Vick in the postseason.

3. Eagles (6): Vick took the Giants' best shot.

4. Steelers (4): Richard Seymour won't be welcome in Pittsburgh any more. Or will he?

5. Patriots (3): A terrible defense and only two losses.

6. Ravens (5): Still learning to close out victories.

7. Saints (7): Drew Brees' arm is loose now.

8. Packers (8): Big test in Atlanta this Sunday.

9. Bears (NR): Have a Week 17 date in Green Bay.

10. Colts (9): How many miracles does Peyton have in that arm?

How bout that?

The rest of the season will be interesting. The playoffs should be very great this year.

There is no way the Pats should be lower than the eagles. Vick is good but he's no Tom Brady. The jury is still out on Philly.

This list is a little suspect. Especially since it is coming from Blatimore. Just sayin.
