As per Adam Schefter... Woodley fined $12,500 for roughing the passer. I'm assuming it was the late hit on Brady. I'm sure he was expecting it.

I would love to hear the leagues bullsh*t double standard reason that the hit on Hines Ward was not fined. :cursin:

Alright Steeler Nation, let those dollar bills roll in.

 This was a legit fine though...
Otherwise I'd be sending mine.

I guess helmet to helmet contact is allowed on Hines Ward or probably any receiver on the Pittburgh Steelers. Roger Goofball and his cronies need a swift kick in the ***. :willybs:

There will not be any fines against the well-coached, clean, golden children New England Patriots of the NFL. Pure BS!

What a shame! All we can do is literally just sit back and actually document the inconsistencies and make our voice heard. However, that is not going to do a whole lot of good. We the fans suffer for the tragedy that the NFL is becoming for letting the owners, who hired Roger and the NFLPU who agreed to terms in the CBA on player safety implement his biased fines and ultimate decisions against the Steelers to better position other teams to become "more" competitive on a weekly basis, by enforcing such fines and later suspensions. If the Ravens win the Super Bowl, then we should all go to the NY head quarters and surround every exit and beat his Rat bird loving ***!

F goodell!

I'm not a big conspiracy person (leave that for the Raiders lol), but do you think Goodell just does not want to see the steelers in the Super bowl again? Seriously!

I think the Steelers have had to alter the style of play. They have not played a descent game since the Cleveland game. Coincidentally, after that game is when he started handing out fines and made James Harrison the poster child.

Oh god forbid, someone hit Tom Brady or Peyton Manning. The poster children of the nfl.

Actually, he only got fined 12,500. It could have been significantly more. Maybe even the NFL is tired of Lady Brady or they have finally heard our complaints and comparisons. Honestly, I'm not certain which answer I would prefer

I thought Calculus II was difficult; I would hate to see the formula the NFL uses to determine whether there should be a fine and for what amount.

The formula is actually quite simple, If player A is wearing a jersey that has the number 92 or has any type of symbol that may be a product used in the building trades and makes a tackle that may be deemed rough or aggressive then the league will have the option to triple the fine. If player is wearing aforementioned uniform and is struck in a clearly illegal way then sum of all fines will be multiplied by zero and such action will be ignored by the league.

I don't think so. Because if they heard our complaints the fine would probably be...$0.

I just don't get it. Isn't a flag on the field supposed to be the punishment? Now they have to be fined every time they hit someone also?

That is exactly where the league is heading.

Tomlin may as well tell this team to unleash hell with every hit. They are going to get fined; may as well get their money's worth.

Unbelievable! Absolutely unbelievable! :evilshake:

Goodell is an idiot. I'm really starting to get a sour taste in my mouth for the NFL and what it's becoming.
