Looks like that's one less weapon and problem for the Steelers defense to worry about. Not having Bush in the lineup I believe really can effect the way this Saints offense moves the ball...

They would have stopped him anyway. However, his absence does not make this a less interesting matchup.

both him and thomas didn't practice today, so they'll have no running game at all. Lebeau should be planning his attack on Brees and the passing game

Lebeau has always got something up his sleeve. This time he his going to pull out something sweet. :yellowthumb:

That is very true K, however you never know what will happen when you play the Steelers.

I'm glad Bush is out.. I have a feeling he'd be a matchup problem for whoever is covering him as it would likely be a linebacker.

Bush would eat our lunch and punch us in the stomach!

24th ranked passing D better step up!!!

Not having to worry about Bush is fine and dandy but their WR's are more than capable of torching anyone who doesn't tackle or gives them too big of a cushion. Step up or step off secondary!

last time he had a 15 yard touchdown against us... but I agree and he's a bust, he's overrated, he's only not labeled a bust because he was banging that chick kim kardashian and her huge nice ***... lol

Polamalu, Harrison and Woodley would not allow that to happen. :yellowthumb:

This D has demolished runningbacks this season, CJ, Turner & Rice were all held in check and Cribbs got his bell rung. If anybody is going to carve this D up it wouldn't be Bush...more like Colston imo

Bush is a huge key to what the Saints to on offense... Yeah the Steelers D shuts down running backs all the time, but Reggie Bush isn't a typical RB. Where he would stand to torch us would be on check downs, and on all sorts of little screen plays they run with him. With him in the game, Timmons or Troy would likely have to spy him a lot and that would open up the rest of the Saints passing game. He really is a HUGE cog in that offense and people don't give him enough credit.

IMO

Thankfully we probably won't have to worry about him this sunday!

I agree we have not heard much from Troy at all over the last month or so. He needs to step up his game in pass coverage and starting making some key interceptions and making his presence felt a little bit more especially with Aaron Smith out of the lineup now as well...
