Scott Petrak, of the Medina Gazette, reports the Cleveland Browns have signed DL Orien Harris (Steelers) off the practice squad of the Pittsburgh Steelers.

He's a trader, how dare Harris even think of signing with a Rival of ours ! I don't care how much he wants to be a starter in the NFL.
