Marshall Faulk called Ben the most overrated NFL player. It still amazes me how ppl still downgrade everything Ben does. What does he have to do? Throw for 10,000 yards in a season?

Marshall Faulk was a great RB but he is a terrible analyst and I wish James Harrison would give him a head shot........I find it funny that everybody keeps saying well the Steelers were 3-1 without Ben and blah blah blah......Really if anybody thinks this team could win a Super Bowl with Batch, Dixon, Leftwich at QB then they don't have a freaking clue and should be shot.......

I heard Faulks comment on how he said Ben couldn't carry the Steelers to the play-offs last year.....lol Well the Steelers fell one game short and this team wouldn't have come close to 9 wins last year without Ben.......

to hell with marshall faulk and all the other douchebags in the media that constantly bash us which is basically everyone on nfl network other than rod woodson. eisen always bashes us, same with faulk, baldinger, sharpe, etc. i want to win #7 this year so bad just to stick it up their asses. just to see em whine and cry about refs and make all the other excuses they always do because they aren't man enough to admit they don't know jack ****

They think he is overrated because they didn't have to play against him in his prime. For the last 4 years he has been the best in the league IMO. What other QB could 1. Win a SB 2. Pass with his accuracy - behind that Oline

Put Ben behind the Pats oline a couple of years ago or behind the Colts oline almost any year and see what would happen.

Let 'em all keep shootin' their mouths off. I love it when the Steelers are berated and prove people wrong. They seem to play better when people don't praise them and/or pick against them. Ben doesn't give a **** what Faulk says and neither do I. I wouldn't want any other QB in the league other than Ben.

Faulk is a joke as an analyst, I hate seeing him on NFLN. I like the rest of them for the most part but he is always out in left field with his picks and analysis. He can have his opinion if he wants, and when Ben and the Steelers prove him wrong he'll have to eat crow.

19/27 for 302, 2 TDs. Completion percentage of 70 and a 132 QB rating. I think he meant UNDERRATED...

This from the same brain trust who couldn't decide whether Ravens or Bengals would be number 1 in division - after all, the Bengals were going to be the greatest with Chad and TO. Marshall Faulk is terrible. He doesn't have a clue. Along with Jamie Dukes who has almost broken his legs climbing down off the Bengals bandwagon - although I like Jamie much better than Marshall Faulk.

Marshall Faulk was over-rated as a RB he had Peyton Manning handing him the ball. See how opinions work.

Spot on. With the injuries we are facing, we need to maintain as much of the rage as possible.

Overrated my ***!!!! We went 3-1 without him big whoop. And i bet if we played the whoe schedule without Ben we would be lucky to be 500. I guess Ben will have to win another ring to get it through to some people.

If you really look at his career, other then three seasons, what has faulk done? Even the Colts let him walk and didn't think that much of him to retain him. Faulk wasn't a real factor in the Rams super bowl win, and a complete non-factor in their loss to the Patriots where Antwain Smith of the Patriots out performed Faulk in the super bowl.

Faulk is the only one who is "overrated". Ben actaully won a super bowl. What did Faulk ever really do when the stakes were high and real studs perform????

you know who else was over rated was that Joe Montana, I mean yeah he won big games and all but he didn't complete every pass.

And Michael Jordan, he couldn't lead the Bullets...err Wizzzards to an NBA championship.

Yeah Ben is way overrated just like them other guys.

You know, everyone has their opinions. I personally like Marshall but as an analyst, he is a bit off. Ben is a freak and everyone knows it. He has 2 super bowls. Super bowls are the only thing that matters, im sure Dan Marino would trade all his records for 1 super bowl. Other than Tom Brady, I dont think any QB currently in the NFL has more than 1. The scary part about Ben is he's gettin better every year, and he is still a young player. He could win a couple more before his career is over. If he can stay out of trouble, then he will be a Hall of Famer one day.

Should be called the NFC network, not the NFL network. Teaming up, Irving and Sanders, at the same time is sickening.

As to Faulk and his analysis, I have no name to call the man because his opinions are simply irrelevant.
