Rodgers might have to sit a game, is Flynn a good back-up?

I have Aaron Rodgers on my fantasy team, but after a concussion late in the 4th vs. Washington, he might be sitting out a game. I have already put in for his backup, Matt Flynn, off waivers. Anybody know this guys deal? he have any skills? :crossfingers:

Although i did like Flynn coming off his bcs win, unless your in a huge league there are probably better options.
