Cowher was fired up, Running game was on fire, OL was completely dominating the line, the defense was after the QB and stopping the run, special teams had good coverage most of the night !

That's how we're used to seeing the guys play every weekend !!!

Congrats to Big Ben, Willie, Cowher, and everybody on the team for a season sweep of the clowns !!!!

Cowher was definitely fired up this game and that was good to see, maybe a game like this lit that fire under everyone to help them get ready for 07 or if they happen to make the playoffs!!!

I think that was the most life we've seen in Bill this season! He truly seemed to enjoy that game.

I loved it--I really think all us fans NEEDED it as well. I was beginning to feel rather "drought stricken" even though we'd won some--because we were still seeing so many areas where they could do SO much better--and we saw it Thursday night!

We needed to see :
Big Ben run in a TD--whoo hoo!
Some holes opened up for our backs to have a fighting chance
Our coverage team stopping their returners for very little yardage
Our defense completely dominating the opposing team
Bill with some life in his face
No picks thrown by Ben WOOOOT!

Exactly!

The only thing that makes me kind of sick is knowing "that" talent has been there all along, and I'd give anything to be able to wind the clock back to the beginning of the season--or at the very least a game or two ago. But what's done is done, and since we can't fix what went wrong in past games, it's just awesome to see them making some changes for the better, and to see them playing as a whole team for a whole game--even if it's late in the season!

I for one hope the trend continues :bigthumb: :crossfingers:

Very well said, I completely agree!! This is the first time since the KC game that the team was firing on all cylinders, everybody was into it and BC was even smiling and having a good time again !

I definately think all of fans needed this game too, in this way, after the year that we've had.
