Madison > Logan

Wonder if Logan could be our exemption for Ben for the first 4?

Logan was expendable since he only does returns, although I wasn't impressed with Brown doing the returns this pre season.

A handful will find their way to the PS. I say Logan signs elsewhere today..

I said all along that Logan wouldn't make the cut and they would keep 6 WRs. I still think that the Giants will probably sign him, since they really need a good return man.

I suppose it better to have the problem of too many good players versus having to cut all chumps.

madison making the roster baffles me other than that i was balls on with roster predictions

burnett has been very unimpressive, not surprised by that at all

I wish we could of traded Hartwig and gotten something. But we did move some dead weight today.

Hartwig for an empty roster spot seemed fair to me!!

i would rather have a 52 man roster and a 4 man oline than have hartwig

I'd have kept Bailey over Foote, other than that I'm happy with the decisions made today.

Hopefully Bailey makes PS.

what ? Foote is a stud I hated to seee him go. I was happy when he came home

Foote is a stud

if by stud you mean a schematically solid player, yet unimpressively less than average 30 year old MLB than i agree

Bailey is a bum and Foote is nothing more then a backup at this point in his career........

:plus1: Bailey was awesome in the last game and has been dependable over time...man I hope he makes the PS but some other team will pick him up if they have more than two brain cells to rub together

Just read that Bailey isn't eligible for the PS...it was a mistake letting him go...he was better than Foote. :imho:

bailey sucked....slyvester is so much better as a MLB, and probably just as good on ST. ST only players are expendable...theres no reason to keep him over foote

i was really hoping logan would make the cut. he does bring an added dimension to the return team. It's called not getting our very valuble WR's injured on return teams. and all he needs is a couple blocks to break him. Which for some reason our return teams cannot do.

IMO, Bailey has better potential than Foote at this point, but right now he is not a better MLB option for this team. Tomlin wants a veteran to be able to step in if Farrior falters this year or gets injured. If we are in a close, important game and a MLB needs to step up, I'd take Foote over Bailey right now, but that's just me.

Bailey is (at best) a career ST'er...

I liked Bailey wasnt shocked he was gone but Fox is the one we should be talking about. I love the way the guy plays and he's one hell of a run stopper. Its unfortunate cause I liked Foote, I just think he's getting too old.

Zachintosh66

Again Fox is a lifetime ST'er...

If he is playing on D its not a good thing... just b/c he got lucky and had a INT thrown straight to him and happened to score, does not make him the next best thing since sliced bread.

Id take all 3 rookies and Foote before Fox...

Never said he was the next best thing since sliced bread and never said anything about his INT. I was talking about how he stops the run. Your arguments rather pointless.
