note: I haven't seen any undrafted rookie free agent signings by the Steelers. Atleast one generally makes the team every year. Also, rookie jersey numbers are just a guess.

I say Sweed, IF the hands can hold on the ball..... WHO KNOWS though

I'd rather give Sweed a chance over Battle, just my opinion. Other than that, it looks good.

I hope Logan gets a roster spot somewhere. The dude had the most kick return yards than any other Steeler in history.

Definitely Sweed over battle...I also think Gibson makes it over Patrick Bailey. Dwyer over Redman on the depth chart as well....

Plus I expect Sweed to blow up training camp like he did last year and make the team.

:plus1: I think they will keep Sweed and carry six recievers but no Logan and I think J. Scott over Hills

I'm pulling for Sweed. I loved him as a college player, and was happy when the Steelers drafted him. I just feel he now has a very short leash. Battle is a veteran who if nothing else could add some guidance and some depth in the return game from his #6 WR spot (which doesn't even dress for the games).

Redman is a beast, and Dwyer has a lot to prove.

Patrick Bailey has been a beast on special teams, Gibson will have to make the team by playing great special teams in the preseason. I question weather he is a better athlete than a football player.

I like Antonio Brown to make the team and make Stefan Logan expendable. Brown offers much more as a positional player, and has the potential to be a great return man. Depending on how things shake out, maybe both make the team. This would be a luxury, but for a team who struggled in special teams a year ago it's maybe not a bad idea.

The last tackle and last guard spot will be an interesting battle.

There's competition at DE. Nick Eason, Sonny Harris, and draft pick Doug Worthington will battle for the final 1 or 2 available spots. I think they carry 5, and Eason and Harris both make the roster, and Worthington makes the practice squad.

I think Sweed will get plenty of looks during the preseason. If he shows he still doesn't have any hands then i believe the writing will be on the wall. I hope he does come out and catch.

Battle is hear for ST not hear to play WR... itll come down to who is more valuable to the club

I'm pretty sure they will end up cutting Battle...

Cut:
Redman
Hills
Eason

Batch takes a spot till Ben is back

Makes it:
Sweed
Essex

leaves 4 out of these IMO:
65 Kraig Urbik (OG)
11 Stefan Logan (KR) vs Antonio Brown
90 Thad Gibson (OLB)
53 Sylvester Stevenson (ILB)
37 Anthony Madison (CB)
40 Crezdon Butler (CB)
97 Doug Worthington (DE)
72 Jonathan Scott (OT)
49 Sean McHugh (TE)
71 Scott Paxson (NT)
16 Charlie Batch (QB)

not having Ben for 6 games. We should be looking for other ways to put points on the board for us not other team so why not keep logan? He already has shown he makes a difference. I can't see them giving the return job to a rookie

i know this is going to spark another hate session...but i'd love to see redman get a spot if he performs this year in TC and preseason, like he did last year...

Maybe he was speed training in the offseason, then he has a shot. he was a bit slow.
But he has that smash mouth attitude.. matching in size though, i think dwyer has already put a few nails in his coffin.

unless summers doesnt show either, than just maybe the keep redman and release summers.

he didn't impress me much outside the 10 yd line...what had me sold was his ability to keep his feet churning and find the endzone damn near every time we were inside the 8-10 yd line, like in these highlights

i know what dwyer has done in college...he was a beast, and i'm not discrediting him at all...however, redman has shown what he can do on OUR offense, and personally, i think he got shafted last year (judging by willie's play all season)

they don't call him REDZONE redman for no reason...i think he'd be the perfect redzone back

I don't see us carrying 4 RB's. Based on the way DWyer ran in college, I'd take him over Redman...who is THE MOST overrated PS player in the history of the PS.
