I'm glad they are keeping Sepulveda--this guy has a great leg! I will say, I do not understand why the franchised Reed...I know he's an acurate kicker but franchise?

I've been a fan from Sepulveda since the beginning..but that's probably partially because of the fact that we had good old Mitch punting for us for a while..oh well. Glad they signed him.

If they didn't sign him I would have been cool that we might have drafted that kid Zoltan....just for the freaking cool name....I would have considered the Steelers letting Reed go in favor of drafting Tiffen

Should of traded him, he's lousy! IMO the most overrated player on the team!!

I am not sure where all the hate for Sepulveda comes from, he averages 42.7 yards a punt and out of 72 punts 29 were inside the 20 and only 4 TB. Thats not bad. He doesnt boom it 60 yards, and he was 22nd in average yards but he is pretty accurate and keeping the ball inside the 20. He is not the best punter, but I dont think he is bad.

His average was so bad because we never kick it from our own 20. Everytime we punted last season we were around midfield (a lot of this due to Logan), which brings the average way down. That's also why he had about 30 punts inside the 20.

true...I think Sepulveda can kick with any one in the NFL

Im glad to see DSep sign the offer and hopefully they'll be able to get a new deal done with him yet before camp starts since that seems to be an MO with free agens that sign a 1 year tender.
