Anyone watch the Colt/Patriot game last night? If so what did you think about the job Sebastian Vollmer did handling Dwight Freeney all night long? This was one of the guys K Train was pimping in last years draft. Looks as if he would have been a much better pick than Urbik except that the Patriots picked him in round 2, 58th overall. He handled Freeney with ease not often seen by seasoned veterans. :yesnod:

He played brilliantly in his FIRST NFL start against one of the premier sack specialists in the league. He would have been a nice addition to the black and gold. From what I saw last night, I would trade Urbik and Hills for a Vollmer.

Is anyone naive enough to think that in a Steelers/Colts matchup that Starks could keep Freeney off of Ben for an entire game? I don't think so! :nono:

he can, he might....he likes to make the top guys look like infant retards but make the guys that are bums look like hall of famers. Shut jared allen down, get schooled by rookie michael johnson.....come on.

this whole team does that....plays down to the opposition, it will be their demise when it matters

Yeah, I need to be careful. Just giving props to K for seeing Vollmer as a great prospect when nobody else did. After watching Vollmer play I only wish that we had drafted him. He looked like a great left tackle, especially for a guy starting his first NFL game against a seasoned all-pro like Dwight Freeney. Its easy to look at the well known prospects from big schools and jump on bandwagons. Much tougher to find those small school gems like Sebastian Vollmer. :yesnod:

Yeah BG4, Zachintosh would have to remove K's D*** from his throat to make room on the wagon, good thing you don't have a gag reflex.:stirpot::popcorn:

I give props to K for finding a hidden gem I just don't agree with everything he says, I have my own insite to things not someone else's.

Wow, that was a little harsh... and uncalled for. Do you feel better about yourself now?

Yes I do and you should ask yourself this question, was your comment necessary?
