Larry Johnson will get a chance to revive his troubled NFL career with the Cincinnati Bengals, as the former Kansas City Chiefs running back will sign with the team, NFL Network's Michael Lombardi reports.
Bengals coach Marvin Lewis said in a press conference on Monday that Johnson would be in Cincinnati to discuss a limited role -- fourth-string running back, essentially an insurance policy in case Cedric Benson's hip injury gets worse or another running back gets hurt.
Shocking! Another malcontent signs with the Bengals. I'm actually happy about this news. Nobody deserves poison in their locker room to destroy team chemistry more than the Bungels.
