I don't know where everyone stand on this guy but, I'm not a huge fan. I'm wondering if Burnett and Lewis are THAT inexperienced to not be playing. I like both Burnett and Lewis. I see that Burnett is playing but have yet to see Lewis. I know they are both are rookies but is the future bright for these two or no?

Ratliff is terrible, at this point he should be cut, he is terrible in coverage and isn't exactly a special teams star.

Of course he is not good. He is on his fourth different team for a reason.

The Steekers haven't had the priviledge of too much "garbage time" this season when they can bring in the rookies and lesser lights to get their feet wet. Wy guess that's why we haven't seen much of Burnett and Lewis.

I say bring a rookie in and let this guy clean the toilets!

At this point Id much rather see Burnett and Lewis both in there even if they screw up and learn on the job more so then wasting time and playing Ratliff. Same can be said as well for Ryan Mundy over Tyrone Carter. Both of these guys are a big big reason the Steelers have lost the 2 games they have lost and our not undefeated at 7-0 right now...

Maybe they should have kept Madison...

Yeah Madison would help our special teams coverage out exponentially. I don't know why this bum is even in our lineup. Cut Ratliff, let Lewis be the situational DB, and bring back Madison so we don't have to see a kick returned on us every week.

Madison is a Brown

I refuse to believe the Browns mad a smart move.

yes, but Ben was playing horrible in that game. He had like 14 picks

True, it was the game changer pick..No doubt he's a scrub, I get sick thinking about the 2 games we lost and seeing him in there!

Every year the Steelers pick up some free agent that in theory should help their depth, but it usually turns out to be more hurt and less help. I was pissed when they let Madison go because his potential was good enough IMO to keep him around, plus he was a demon on ST which is always good.

I'd rather see Mundy in there over Carter but I doubt that's going to happen anytime this year unless Carter somehow sees more playing time and royally screws up...which translates into one of the starting safeties being hurt and that would just not be good at all.

Best part of Ratiliff is that its only a one year deal :yesnod:
Hopefully our two rookies will be ready next year as, Townsend is getting old and Ratiliff is, well I would rather play with 10 players on Defense, you get the point.
