2 -1 LB BAGS SHREDDED HASHBROWNS (ANY BRAND)
3- SMALL CANS CREAM OF CHICKEN
1- SMALL CAN CREAM OF MUSHROOM
1- 16 OZ CONT. SOUR CREAM
1- 8 OZ SHREDDED SHARP CHEDDER CHEESE
1- TSP SALT
1- TSP PEPPER
MIX ALL INGREDIENTS IN LARGE BAKING PAN/ROASTER. BAKE COVERED @ 350 FOR 1 HR. STIR OCCASIONALLY 1-2 TIMES. AFTER 1 HR -UNCOVER AND BAKE FOR ADDITIONAL 1/2 HR TILL BROWNING ON TOP. EVERYONE RAVES ABOUT THESE POTATOES!! EASY TO MAKE! EASY TO TAKE WITH YOU TO A TAILGATE PARTY, BBQ, ECT

That sounds really good. Thanks. Here's a variation that I tried at the tailgate this past week. It went over really well.
32 oz hashbrowns (partially thawed)
8 oz sour cream
1/2 parmesan cheese
8 oz cheddar cheese
2 cream of potato soup
Mix well. Spray a 9x13 pan with Pam.
Put several slices of butter on top and sprinkle with more Parmesan on top.
Bake uncovered for 50-60 at 350.

sounds delish!!!! If this were me i would even top it with cheese when it is almost done. but thats just me :D
