Game days...when does the stadium open?

I go to many Eagles games each year but this year will be my first Steelers game. I am wondering when the stadium opens. The Linc opens 1.5 hours before the game. Is it the same for the Steelers?

Thanks. Anything I should know about parking/tailgating? I'm going to the Sunday night game (10/4) and I will be staying at the Hilton over the river. I'm thinking of just walking to the stadium.
