Steelers | Three draft picks signed

The Pittsburgh Steelers have announced they have signed third-round draft choice WR Mike Wallace, sixth-round draft choice DL Ra'shon Harris and seventh-round draft choice C A.Q. Shipley to three-year deals. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Updating a previous report, Ed Bouchette, of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, reports Pittsburgh Steelers C A.Q. Shipley will make a base salary of $310,000 in 2009, $395,000 in 2010 and $480,000 in 2011. He also received a signing bonus of $42,000.

Great News!! CANT WAIT 2 see Wallace catching a few deep balls this season, maybe even a touchdown or two

Yeah, I am excited about wallace too, I think with Holmes', Sweed's and Wallace's speed, our deep threats will be a serious problem for defenses. I would love to see 5 WR sets where Ward and Miller are the other two. That would be a difficult groups of guys to cover

Everybody keeps forgeting about McDonald, he is our 3rd best WR on the team as of right now.:thinking:

i think Ziggy and Urbik is all thats lefts unsigned...
