Frazier has signed a two-year, $1.375 million contract that includes a $125,000 signing bonus.

Frazier is due base salaries of $625,000 next season and $630,000 in 2010.

He was with us in 2005 and released in 06 where he played for the Bungals till the end of the 07 seaseon, and then returned to the us in 07-08

You have to ask yourself , if the guy can't play , and does not have a shot at being the next James Harrison , then why sign him? It's his chance to prove what he can bring , and the Steelers thought enough to bring him back,I'm all for it!! You can't always challenge the front office.

We need to ensure our depth at LB and keep as many ST aces as we can so this is a good move and he comes very cheap in NFL terms. He's a gamer, good to see him back.

Frazier was okay but I liked Keyaron Fox and Patrick Bailey more. :2cents:
