Here is a few reasons why to sign him and why not to sign him.

Why we should sign him:yellowthumb:
1. Big play wide reciever to offset santonio.
2. Can make something happen even tho it might only be an 8 yard catch.

Why we shouldn't sign him:nono:
1. Headcase
2. Wants the ball, and if he doesn't get it then he will complain.
3. Hes getting old
4,5,6,7,8,9,10. He would be horrible for the locker room.( felt the need to make this 7 reasons not to sign him )

With all of that being said, we do need another wide out because Washington left and all we have now are Ward, Holmes, and Limas "Sir Drops Alot" Sweed. I think that we will draft a wide out in the 2nd or 3rd round to make up for the loss, not sign problem child TO. Well thats my :2cents: im out.

I think there is a better possibility of signing the Pope as a nose tackle than signing TO!

Won't happen! Rooneys are much smarter than this. They have never brought in prima dona's like this in their history.

lol...NFL insiders huh? Got any links, or are you just making this up and considering yourself an NFL "insider"?

This will never, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, happen.

LOL he needs a team( far far away from here) more than this team needs him, he needs a buttom feeder team willing to put up with all his baggage of B.S. in order to help them become .500 or better and a team without a rookie head coach also

he takes to much heat for being a cancer....hes really not, they really did love him in dallas no matter what the reports say, he was not the problem there, he was just the easiest one to blame. at this point in his career he wants to win, he could come here if he wanted to win....i would love if this happened, he would do great here and i would love it just to spite all of you that listen to the media and buy into him being this awful person

I think Sweed will surprise alot of us this year. Remember that Troy's first year he didn't play well. Limas played well for Texas in college against some very good competition. With Hines as his mentor Sweed will become good receiver for us, he didn't play much so it's way too early to write him off.:nono:

Second year WRs often make a decent jump. I think Sweed will follow suit with this line of thinking.............
