Nantz was on 950 AM radio in Seattle today doing an interview and his SB prediction is..........

Steelers 34
Cardinals 10
Nantz says the story of the game will be the Steeler Defense and he says that Warner is going to spend all day look for Fitzgerald but will have a hard time seeing him from his back or under a pile of Steeler LB's.......lol

They seem so sure this will be the score i don't know why they say this, because anything can happen, and any team can win. Cardinals Scoring 48 points on the Steelers? I definitely can't see that one happening but go ahead and read this article. They predicted this back on January 12th before each team made it to the super bowl.

This is the Article (http://www.wiredprnews.com/2009/01/13/free-rock-music-football-triva-contest_200901131927.html)

" Dallas, Texas (WiredPRNews.com) The Gifts and Free Advice Blog, www.giftsandfreeadvice.com/free_advice/ has seen the future and we wish to go on record on January 12, 2009, that the final score of Super Bowl 43 will be the Arizona Cardinals 48 Pittsburgh Steelers 21. "

That is the dumbest article I've ever read. If Leinart gets in the game other than from a Warner injury, we deserve to lose.

48 points? On this Defense? Has this guy watched anything related to the Steelers this season? 48 points...maybe if they play 3 games and added them together....

B.S. Sounds like he's just trying to get visitors for the "free gifts". Porbably have to sign up for some other useless sh!t you'll end up paying for. He predicts a ridiculous score, pisses alot of people off so they go to the blog. :willybs:

OK! I really do not think a sports minded person wrote that article! That article was totally a fantasy ramble by a desperate Cardinals Fan! I do not see the Cardinals scoring more then 10 points, if even that!

Prediction: Steelers 45 Cardinals 9:tt02::tt02:

48 points?? 48 points?? Are you kidding me?? Don't talk about 48 points?? 48 points?? (to the tune of Jim Mora)

This guy obviously fell and hit his head. :duh:
No effin' way the cards score anywhere close to 48 points!!

If the cards score 48 points against our defense in the Super Bowl I'll dress in drag to go to work for a whole year!!! :yesnod:

sportingnews.com has an article up right now called "Big Red Machine"-obviously referencing the 1970 Cin. Reds teams. Wow, the media has gone nuts. Isn't that title a bit premature, especially since Cardinals are 7 point underogs? I couldn't even stomach reading the article.

DO THE CARDINALS HAVE AN EDGE BECAUSE KEN PRACTICED VS LEBEAU SO MUCH ??

DOESN'T THAT MEAN LEBEAU HAS SEEN JUST AS MUCH OF KEN? I THINK IT'S GOING TO END UP OUR ADVANTAGE. LEBEAU IS A DEFENSIVE GENIUS. KEN WAS AT BEST A
GOOD OFFENSIVE CORDINATOR. WHO DO YOU THINK REALLY GOT THE MOST OUT OF
THEIR PRACTICE TIME? THE CARDS ARE REALLY GOING TO BE LIMITED IN WHAT THEY
CAN DO. THEY WON'T BE ABLE TO RUN, SO IT'S GOING TO COME DOWN THE PASSING
GAME. GOOD TIGHT COVERAGE ON THEIR WR'S WILL GIVE JAMES & WOOD TIME TO GET AT KURT. OUR D WILL BE READY FOR THEIR TRICK PLAYS, LEBEAU KNOWS THEY
WILL TRY A COUPLE OF THEM.

EXACTLY

Whiz even said that Lebeau and his defense got the best of him in training camp when he was a Steeler

ken never coached against the beast that are harrison and woodley........harrison was just a backup then and woodley didn't exist lol...... and lebeau didn't coach against a wr on the level of fitzgerald.......... so there is no real advantage....... just that the combination of woodley and harrison >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> cards offense

It's more that Whiz coached Ben for his first few years in the league...I'm sure things have changed since then, but the idea is that Whiz knows a bit more about how Ben thinks than most opponent head coaches would.

Of course, as Baltimore proved this year, familiarity with Ben, isn't enough to get ya a win against us. ;)

The media is jumping ship and going with the feel god Cinderella story... that's fine though! It puts that chip on the Steelers shoulder!
