The 2-4 Steelers are facing the horrendous 1-5 Raiders this week. This is a Must win for the steelers this week, if they lose we can all kiss this season goodbye. Ben has been practice for most of the week and is questionable this week. Joey Porter will be playin this week which is huge for the steelers defense. The raiders finally won a game last week vs Arizona.

The 4-3 Jets play the 1-5 Browns tihs week. Wait did i just say the jets 4-3, yes I did. Well they have only beaten the Titans,Bills,Dolphins, and the Lions and it gets even easier this week as the play cleveland. Neither team has any big injuries but neither teams has any big name players.

The 4-2 Ravens go into the superdome playin the 5-1 Saints. The Saints went from the 2nd worst team in the NFL one year to one of the top teams at 5-1. The ravens are on a 2 game losing streak and prolly about to make it 3 after winning their first four games agianst some pretty bad teams only win thats should count is the one agianst the Chargers. The other 3 they were playing the Bucs,Raiders,Browns.

BBC no not at all. I dislike porter and I will admit it. Last season is gone and forgotten. Linebackers are known more for sacks. Time to move on! This year he has not not played up to par. Time to develop and start linebackers like we are known for. Let Joe move on. So we can move on to the next great LB in Steeler lore.

Well you can make the case that all the LB's are not getting it done so far.

Haggans and Foote both have 3 sacks. But have played two more games then Joey Porter.

James Farrior has 1 sack.

Joey has two in 4 games.

Haggans, Porter and Farrior all have 1 INT.

Yes Joey Porter needs to step it up. But to single him out among the LB's doesn't make to much sense.

Linebackers are indeed known more for sacks. That's why Joey leading the league last season is impressive. It's hard to produce the same numbers when you've only been able to play half the season.

It's obvious that your dislike for Joey has greatly skewed your ability to make any sort of sense when trying to claim that he's over-rated.
