I honestly didn't think he made it but the replay in slow motion showed that he apparently looked to get just barely and I mean barely enough forward progress before getting pushed back to make the mark. You can make the call either way but it's a judgment decision by the officials on the field and when reviewing it. It honestly could have gone the other way just as easily.

In a game as close as this one was where points, let alone yards, were at a premium we needed every inch of that run. If he did indeed make it it was by a whisker..LOL
