I hate CBS with a passion. They thought the Cincy-TB game was a thriller so they delay the start of the televising for the remarkable Bengals defeat. We missed the opening drive rush to Parker. They took the game off here in Cleveland with 8 minutes left and switch to the boring game of Miami and the Jets. I hate this ****.

One of the perks of living in Central PA. We get the whole game no matter what the score.

One of the perks of living in Hollidaysburg is, we are taken to the game once coverage is ready like Central PA.

Yea, that is def a perk of Central PA, except when the dumb**** ravens play. Everythin would be great if we all just got the Pittsburgh channels....or better yet just live in Pittsburgh!

A) I didn't mind seeing the end of the Bengals game. I was kind of happy to see the Bengals get beat by that (cough cough) powerhouse Buccaneer team. The Bengals win their super bowl against us and figure they are gonna cruise through the rest of the season...that's why they have no championships.
B) CBS doesn't give a **** about Steelers or Chiefs fans...they want to appease big markets like NY and Miami. It was retarded, though, to flip secondary Steelers markets over...I guarantee they pissed off a lot more Steelers fans in NEO then they made Fins/Jets fans happy. Still, it made me feel better to send them a nasty email.

I guess I better join in the nasty e mail wagon later on today. I got a lot to do.

Even though they don't cut off Steeler games around here Im still sending them a nasty gram because that aint right cutting it off in secondary markets !

i don't know why your all mad at CBS, they had nothing to do with it. if you want to be mad at someone be mad at the NFL. its their broadcast rules, not CBS.

The broadcast rules state that they have to let the first game play out in it's entirety. Cutting away to the Fins/Jets game was 100% CBS's decision.

not true suit. in pgh yesterday the bengals-bucs game was cut in favor of the steelers game.

suitanim

That's because the 'Burgh is primary market...all the secondary markets are obligated to run the game until the end.

This is why I have Sunday Ticket!

This is interesting. I received an email back from CBS TV stating that it was my local affiliates decision to cut away and go to the Fins/Jets game. Now why would a Cleveland station with an overwhelmingly large number of Steelers fans deliberately **** off it's viewers by jumping from a game that has a ton of local interest to a game that nobody in the area really cares about?

I sent an email to Channel 19 in Cleveland asking just that question...

lol be happy that you saw any of it! I had to watch the whole Jets Dolphins game even though Rochester is closer to Pittsburgh than it is to NYC
