OWINGS MILLS, Md. (AP)—The Baltimore Ravens ruled out starting cornerback Samari Rolle for Monday night’s game against the Pittsburgh Steelers because of shoulder and neck injuries.

In Rolle’s place, the Ravens could go with a combination of reserve cornerbacks Fabian Washington, Corey Ivy and Frank Walker.

Washington is listed as probable on the injury report with a bulging disk in his neck, which forced him to miss last week’s 28-10 win over the Cleveland Browns. He missed the first game under an NFL suspension for violating the league’s personal conduct policy.

personally, i have absolutely NO clue how to feel about this week. rolle is out but what exactly does that mean. are we gonna throw? are we gonna run? are we gonna use draws, flares, screens, roll-outs, etc???? i'll be my usual, fanatic yinzer self this monday night but all that matters is the score.

Draws and screens... I don't think those kind of plains are in Arians' play book!

Yeah I feel ya on this one. Not sure if Rolle being out matters if we cant get the ball down the field. Sure its nice if some of their starters are riding the pine like ours, but i'm not sure if I can jump up and down over this one.

Let's face it the Ratbirds have had a cake schedule this year so it's no wonder they are ranked high in the league...their defense is not what it used to be. they are older in key areas especially in the secondary. They are an aggressively average defense that can make some plays but they aren't going to shut down a top flight offense like they used too. Im confident Ben can put up points against them no matter who is on the field if he gets the protection.

Their schedule isnt that much of a cakewalk TG. It's why I think even more this week that if the Steelers do win Monday night here at Heinz Field they will be able to control this division for the remainder of the season. Here is the Ravens schedule the rest of the way keep in mind they play 6 of their next 8 games on the road starting Monday night here in Pittsburgh. Looking at this schedule here will tell you it's not that much of a cakewalk at all.

Mon 9/29 at Pittsburgh 8:30 pm
Sun 10/5 Tennessee 1:00 pm
Sun 10/12 at Indianapolis 1:00 pm
Sun 10/19 at Miami 1:00 pm
Sun 10/26 Oakland 1:00 pm
Sun 11/2 at Cleveland 1:00 pm
Sun 11/9 at Houston 1:00 pm
Sun 11/16 at NY Giants 1:00 pm
Sun 11/23 Philadelphia 1:00 pm
Sun 11/30 at Cincinnati 1:00 pm
Sun 12/7 Washington 1:00 pm
Sun 12/14 Pittsburgh 1:00 pm
