I probably won't leave this picture up for to long but I wanted to introduce everyone to "AZ_Steeler Jr", it's actually Caden! He was born Friday night and is healthy and home now. Mom is doing very well also! They both are getting their rest and we are now getting back to being somewhat "normal" again as far as sleep goes ;)

I can see this kid become the next Ben Roethlisberger sensation for the Pittsburgh Steelers in around I say 2027-2028. Doggone, I will in my mid 50s by the time that kid steps out on the Pro Football Field. I will really feel old. He is an adorable baby. Congratulations to you and your wife!!!

What a beautiful kid! Congratulations to you and your family. Even if he is wearing a Steelers hat.

My wife and I are probably going to try to start having our own little guys before too long. You'll have to share any pearks of wisdom you learn as you start your adventure into fatherhood...

I found some stuff online about how to have a boy and it worked :bigthumb: :D So if you need pointers in this category let me know, of course not the actual "How to" but the "When to" ;)

10-12-2006, 07:00 PM
Now you know that stuff doesn't really work, don't you  You were just meant to have future Steeler player :tt02:

10-12-2006, 07:07 PM
Yeah I know that stuff doesn't work, because one book says this way and the other book says the complete opposite. I studied up on the um... "little guys" and found out how they worked ;) I guess I'll really know for sure next time if my theory works :bigthumb: unless someone else wants to give it a shot

My wife has called him my "football buddy" ever since we found out he was a boy :D

10-12-2006, 07:13 PM
That's great, you guys are going to have alot of fun watching him grow up. I can still remember when our 4 1/2 yr old was born and now he's just like a little man

Sounds like yours will be starting school next August TG! Kids are awesome regardless of the crying, dirty diapers and all the other negatives. I know I look at mine and I'm just amazed!

Congrats to you and your wife on that beautiful angel! He's just gorgeous....what a little Steeler man in the making! Enjoy every minute. :bigthumb:

Hey AZ, where is your kid's terrible towel, buddy? We need to see Daddy and the little one watch the Steelers together pictures. This is going to be fun to see.

Beautiful baby and I love the name Caden...very original :)

10-12-2006, 11:36 PM
Great pic AZ! Glad everyone is doing well.

10-13-2006, 09:33 AM
You are blessed. Best wishes to all of you! May Caden live long, laugh often, love and be loved much. He's too sweet for words. :)

Absolutely adorable lil boy!~ That lil guy has a pair of great parents, God bless all of you!~:tt02:

10-13-2006, 04:09 PM
Congrats man.

Now and until you are laid to rest you will never feel or be the same again. You are now #3 in a home of three (which is good), you will never go to sleep without worry.

No decision will ever be made without thinking of that little guy.

Being a parent is the hardest job, but even better it's the best job you could ever have.

May God bless you and your family.

PS. Help the wife right now as much as you can, she is going through quite a bit herself.

You know when we win today, and he's wearing his Steeler gear, you're going to have to keep making him wear it every Sunday !

This will probably be it because I don't want to be one of those fathers who all he talks about is his kid! ;)
