Granted, these are pre-season rankings (http://www.usatoday.com/sports/preps/football/poll/2008-super25.htm?loc=interstitialskip), but I love how there's always at least one Pittsburgh-area school among the big boys. (I'm surprised that Central Catholic isn't among the Super 25 this year, though.)

I dont know why my school, DeMatha, isnt up there. I think we'll have a better team than last year and we were ranked between #17 and #24 the whole season last year.

Western PA is one of the biggest high school sports havens in the country, those kids just have football in their blood. I always enjoy seeing them ranked among the best.

Next season watch out of Woodland Hills High School. Very young team...Mostly Sophomores and Jrs....2 National rated players.

Gateway is a very good team

They lost to Cannon Mac 10-0! Better develop that offense...

I remember scrimmaging Canon Mac when I was a senior, I was scared shitless being a AA team against a AAAA. Then we got there and whooped their asses.
