He is a relif picther for the tigers He threw 4 103mph pitches in a row and then he thorw a 101mph and the announcers was like Changeup but this guy is sick

that's nothing, I've thrown 10 115 mph pitches in a row before ! :bwah:

Joel Zumaya is ridiculous. I saw him pitch against the Pirates, and I was like, WTF! He hit 105 a couple times if I'm not mistaken. It was just no contest to have him pitch agaisnt the Pirates.

I had the sound muted (I was trying to catch a quick nap) and I saw the radar flashed at 103 and I figured it was a mistake.

Thats exactly what I remember Gary Sheffeild doing. Zumaya also had a beautiful slider that he threw and made the Yankees look horrible on.

On Baseball Tonight they were all making a big deal out of Leyland taking Zumaya out and putting the closer in. Well, considering Zumaya's biggest advantage is his ridiculous speed, I understand only wanting to put him in in critical situations to mow down the yankees, then take him out before they start to catch up with his fastball.

I saw the highlights on ESPN last night.... that dude was throwing some heat!! The batters couldn't do a thing againt him but take a seat!
