How long have you been a Steeler fan? Since age 10 (I'm 42 now...do the math

What made you become a fan of the Steelers? My pre-adolescent crush on Franco Harris

Who is your favorite Player currently on the Steelers roster?
Ben Roethlisberger

Why are they your favorite player? Dude's a warrior...he came back after a bad season and became a real leader.

Who is your favorite Steeler of the past? There are so many...but overall I would have to say Jerome Bettis.

What is your favorite Steelers memory? Super Bowl 40...the best 40th b-day present I received was seeing the Steelers get that 5th title (although it was belated...my b-day is Jan. 11

What is your favorite sport to watch other than football? I am an all-around sports nut, but the 2nd favorite sport to watch would have to be basketball. I especially love watching my alma mater, the University of Memphis

How did you find Steeler Addicts? Link from another Steelers fan site

Sum up your thoughts on Steeler Addicts in a few sentences? I love SA because it spotlights what I have known all along about my fellow Steeler fans...we love the Black and Gold in particular and the game of football in general.

What do you do for a living? I work for the foundation of a local community college. I assist in raising funds for the school.

What is one thing that might surprise people to know about you? I love corny movie musicals....my all time favorites are "The Sound of Music" and "Singin in the Rain."

What is one thing that everybody knows you for? My loyalty...to my church, my family, my alma mater, my Steelers. I stick fiercely by anything I believe in.

What kind of car or truck do you drive? 1994 Nissan Altima...and since it's paid for, I hope I don't have to part with it for a few more years yet.

If you could change 1 thing about yourself what would it be? Sometimes I don't make the smartest decisions.

What are your hobbies & interests outside of posting on SA? Crossword puzzles, volunteer work, golf, collecting classic R&B CD's

Favorite TV show? "Criminal Minds"

Favorite video games? "Ms. Pac-Man" (showin' my age there, I know)

Does your family enjoy watching football with you or do they run and hide when the game is on? My family doesn't share my passion for the Steelers, not that they don't like football, just not to the degree I do.

What type of Steelers game day rituals do you do? I put my Steelers flag on the car, put on my gear, grab my Terrible Towel and head to a local bar to watch the game with my fellow members of the Memphis Steeler fan club.

Your favorite gametime food & beverage? Depends on my mood...but the standard is the appetizer plate at the Cockeyed Camel (where the club meets) and of course a glass of the house wine of the South-sweet iced tea.

How many Steeler games have you attended in your lifetime? None...but I hope that changes this fall as the team will be just up I-40 in Nashville.

Three Rivers Stadium or Heinz Field? I would have LOVED to have seen a game in TRS. So much history...but I do plan on seeing at least one game at Heinz Field in my lifetime.

Immaculate Reception or "The Tackle"?[/QUOTE]
Hmm....that's hard, but as it was critical in getting us the 5th ring, I'll have to say "The Tackle."

Thanks...I'm flattered to be asked...this was fun!
